I made my first Github commit today

I made a huge commitment today. Well, to be exact, I made my first commit… on Github.

This is how I’m trying to look right now (in front of my colleagues).

This is how I really feel.

My teammate Shao told me I should mark this day down as it’s going to be a day I’ll remember for life. True enough, I’m still feeling exhilirated even though it’s been almost an hour since I pushed the change.

This is my memento – Talenox’s CPF Calculator.

*FYI, CPF (Central Provident Fund) is a compulsory social security savings plan every Singaporean citizen and Permanent Resident has. Each month, a small percentage of one’s salary will go into this CPF, which can be used to pay for retirement, education, healthcare, and even housing.
